Turkish coffee on Hot sand.
Wow. I can’t get over how fast that Turkish coffee boils. I mean, does walking there melt the soles of your shoes?
LOL silly me. God, I’m shot…
Turkish coffee is ground super super fine. Almost like flour. Coffee and water goes in to that cup and is brought to a boil several times. The sand is heated in the middle and so the temperature increases the closer to center you get. The trick is to heat the water up to a boil so the coffee rises, but take it off the heat fast enough so it doesn’t burn. The more rises the coffee goes though, the more bold/ strong the coffee tastes. Also make sure not to pour all of the water/ coffee out of that pot because then you will have a massive amount off coffee sludge in your drinking cup.
