  1. FROM A BLACK AND WHITE TRANSPARENCY ON THE OVER HEAD PROJECTOR IT APPEARS TO BE ADOLF HITLER-APPRX AGE 64 OR 65 WITHOUT MISTAKE? HE HOLDS HIS HEAD LIKE ADH AND KNEES FOLDED THE SAME DEGREE WITHOUT MISHAP? THE GERMAN LEFT AS YOU FACE PHOTO LOOKS FAMILIAR BUT CANNOT BE ID? OUTSTANDING REASERCH?

    • Thank you for commenting, Tim. A rare thing around here. Anyway, yes, the photo was “borrowed” for a bit from it’s owner but there isn’t a heck of a lot more info to be had that I know of. I am pretty darn sure that’s him. though, it is so well known that he was in that part of the world for a long time and there are lots of sightings and meetings floating about. Abel says he was in Colombia for at least a year … and why not? South America has many areas that are quite Teutonic in nature.

  2. The town of Sopo is not located “almost half way between Tunja and Bogota” — not today, and not sixty years ago. Just look at a map: Bogota and Sopo are about 35 km apart. Bogota and Tunja are about 140 km apart.

And what do YOU think, eh?
