The estate known as Inalco where Adolf Hitler and Eva Braun-Hitler lived from 1945 to 1955. It is located about 800 miles southwest of Buenos Aires – far from civilization in 1945.

We walk through the property to the one remaining guest house. Is this house where Don Angel Alcazar de Velasco (Sharkhunters Member #158) stayed when he came here to meet with Adolf Hitler in 1952? It is all in the book Hitler in Argentina. (#9)
We walk some 50 yards along what was one a beautiful beach to the boathouse, now in disrepair.

Gawd, I wish I could go. It is a tragedy that it is in the state it is. I have seen the old vids and like Harry says it was beautiful and was maintained. I agree that it was the volcano erupting that did it in. The ash was pretty deep. Everywhere. It likely overwhelmed and inundated the owner̻s budget and hope was just given up.
